Cancellation & Refund Policy

At DigiTrans Asia 2025, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all attendees and sponsors. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Event Registration Cancellations

  • All event registrations are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at info@rmevents.co at least 7 days before the event.

2. Sponsorship & Exhibitor Cancellations

  • Sponsorship and exhibitor fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

  • If unforeseen circumstances prevent participation, we may offer a credit toward future events at our discretion.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • If DigiTrans Asia 2025 is canceled by the organizers, registered attendees will receive a full refund or event credit for future editions.

  • In case of event rescheduling, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, a refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the announcement.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Any unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of future event participation. Please contact us first to resolve any payment issues.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
