At DigiTrans Asia 2025, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all attendees and sponsors. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.
All event registrations are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at info@rmevents.co at least 7 days before the event.
Sponsorship and exhibitor fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent participation, we may offer a credit toward future events at our discretion.
If DigiTrans Asia 2025 is canceled by the organizers, registered attendees will receive a full refund or event credit for future editions.
In case of event rescheduling, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, a refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the announcement.
Any unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of future event participation. Please contact us first to resolve any payment issues.
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
