At DigiTrans Asia 2025, we primarily offer digital event registrations and sponsorship packages. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below.

1. Event Ticket Delivery

  • All event tickets and confirmations are delivered electronically via email upon successful registration and payment.

  • If you do not receive your ticket within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@rmevents.co

2. Sponsorship & Exhibitor Deliverables

  • Sponsor and exhibitor packages may include promotional materials, booth setups, or digital assets.

  • Any physical materials (if applicable) will be shipped as per the agreed terms between the sponsor and the event organizers.

3. Shipping Timelines (If Applicable)

  • For any physical merchandise, shipping timelines will be communicated individually based on location and availability.

  • Tracking details (if available) will be provided upon dispatch.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not offer international shipping for physical items unless explicitly stated.
