Entries submitted after 25th August, 2025, will not be considered.
Winners will be revealed during the DigiTrans Asia Summit 2025 on September 11, 2025.
Participants may nominate their own solutions or submit entries on behalf of other companies.
Nominees nominated by third parties must be informed and must agree to these terms and conditions.
Awards will not be granted to individuals or organizations that cannot be reached post-submission.
We are not responsible for submission errors; please verify contact details and notify us of updates.
The shortlisting criteria are predetermined and not open to dispute.
Finalists will be selected based on submissions received before the deadline. All decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
Shortlisted finalists will be contacted via email or phone by September 5, 2025, and invited to attend the Awards ceremony.
Finalists must confirm receipt of notification within 5 days, or they may be removed from the shortlist.
Winners are decided in advance. Inability to attend the ceremony does not affect the award status.
Entries with false, incomplete, or incorrect information or not submitted via the official form will be disqualified.
Judges reserve the right to reassign an entry to a different category if appropriate.
